Haven and Harmony want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you find that your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it for a credit within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition. Haven and Harmony reserve the right to refuse returns.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at hello@havenandharmony.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once it is received and approved, a credit note will be issued.
If you are wanting an exchange, we cannot guarantee the availability of the product you wish to exchange for.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend you provide a tracking number when sending your product back.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost or damaged during transit. These issues will need to be addressed with the delivery service.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Pre-Orders
We offer pre-orders on select items. Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate and can vary, we will keep you up to date with delivery times as we receive them. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed a pre-order, we'll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
Sale Items
All sale items are in-eligible for a return.
A Note on Handmade Products
Each piece at Haven and Harmony is lovingly hand-crafted, making it unique and special. Slight variations in color, texture, and size are a natural part of the handmade process. These natural variations are not considered faults rather, they are what make each handcrafted piece unique and special.
